The Four Seasons Resort in Arnolds Park is nestled along Highway 71 separating East and West Lake Okoboji. Our lakefront building sits right on the shoreline of the beautiful West Lake Okoboji - a prime location for watching the famous sunsets. Sharing a parking lot is the Dry Dock Lounge, a popular bar and restaurant with lake views and plenty of dock space for boat-in diners.
Our rooms include two full size beds with a private balcony. Each room includes a mini refrigerator and microwave, cable TV, and internet.
We have two buildings - a parkside building and lakefront building. The lakefront building has standard rooms as well as two 'apartment style rooms' with two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, and full size kitchen. We also offer one guest house that includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, a full size kitchen, and living room.
The Dry Dock Lounge is a popular waterside restaurant in the lakes area serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Enjoy watching sunsets on the outdoor patio. Come by land or sea!
Complimentary marina space available for boat-in customers. Boat parking available for resort customers.
Total of 300 feet of groomed sand beach. Our private beach with swimming raft is located adjacent to the very popular City Beach and dock. Two great options!
Enjoy free internet during your stay.
We provide complementary, daily housekeeping service. All linen and towels provided. We do request you bring your own beach towels.

Ride the oldest roller coaster west of the Mississippi River - "The Legend"
There are plenty of cultural sites to visit including the Abbie Gardner Cabin, Nature Center, and Boji Bay.
Within walking distance you will find the Central Emporium with shops to suit everyone in your family.
There are endless activities around the lakes with multiple beaches, parasailing, nature trails, boat rentals, and more!
Right next to the amusement park you will find the Iowa Great Lakes Maritime Museum and the Iowa Rock 'N' Roll museum.
Food and Drinks
You will find plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance of the resort - including The Dry Dock Lounge on site.
